Anne has been stand up paddle boarding since 2007. She’s truly at her happiest when she’s out on the water and this feeling is usually transferred to others out there with her. She enjoys introducing new people to paddle boarding and shows them the tips and tricks that she's developed over the years.
Anne has been practicing yoga for over a decade and decided to merge her love of the ocean with her love of teaching yoga and fitness classes. She believes that nature acts as a motivator and can inspire people to maintain a healthy level of fitness and activity. Anne believes that by providing a safe and fun atmosphere on and off the water, her clients can tap into a whole different level of appreciation for themselves and the outdoors.
Anne is a RYT 200-hour yoga instructor and a H2YO certified SUP yoga instructor. She is also a certified SUP instructor with the WPA and is a Level 2 certified coach with PaddleFit. She additionally holds a certification with the American Red Cross for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.

If you've never been on a stand up paddle board (SUP) or if you've been before but never had a lesson, then this is the class for you. We do a little on-land training and then take it to the water to get you the experience you need to go out on your own.

The sturdy SUP board acts as your mat and takes yoga off the land and into the sea (or lake, or river, or....well, you get what we mean). There's nothing like being out in nature, breathing in the fresh air and practicing yoga - all at the same time. The added challenge of being on the water reminds us that yoga is as much for your body as it is for your mind - the less serious you are, the more fun you'll have!
Join us as we close out the day with a paddle to watch the sun go down. It's very relaxing and suitable for beginner to advanced paddlers.
